I first used it to freeze short microwave meals, which kept frozen, but now I use it as a refrigerator for drinks, which keep at the right cool temperature. I'm going to get a second one to use for freezing food. I adore it!
This is an excellent little unit. I checked the freezer and it works perfectly, as does the refrigerator; it will provide for our needs. It is highly recommended that you acquire it.

This Portable Refrigerator was purchased for vacations. In general, it appears to be an excellent refrigerator. It maintains a constant temperature, is quiet, and is reasonably priced.
I was unsure about this purchase at first, but I've since utilized the Alpicool for several days of travel and at over a dozen different locations this summer. The Alpicool has been a rock star and has performed excellently.
I've had it for weeks on the road and it's been great. When the car shuts off, it uses some battery, and there's plenty of room for my shakes as well! It hardly makes a sound.
